Ingredients

1 pound ground beef1 small onion, chopped1 can (16 ounces) refried beans1 jar (16 ounces) salsa1 can (6 ounces) pitted ripe olives, chopped1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 green onion, chopped2 tablespoons chili powder1 teaspoon saltTortilla chipsOptional: Sliced ripe olives, chopped green onions and diced tomatoes

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in next 7 ingredients; heat through. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with olives, onions and tomatoes if desired.
