Ingredients

1 package (5 ounces) spring mix salad greens1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese1 cup fresh blueberries1 cup pecan halves, toastedVINAIGRETTE:1/2 cup olive oil2 tablespoons champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar1/8 teaspoon pepperDash salt

Preparation

In a salad bowl, combine the salad greens, cheese, blueberries and pecans.

In a small bowl, whisk the vinaigrette ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
