Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup sour cream1/4 cup cider vinegar2 tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard2 teaspoons sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1 medium head cabbage, shredded1 medium tart apple, shredded1 medium carrot, shredded1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk the first eight ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, apple, carrot and cheese.
Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
