Ingredients
3 cups fat-free plain yogurt1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries1 medium ripe banana, sliced1/2 cup fresh or canned unsweetened pineapple chunks3 tablespoons honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Place half of each ingredient in a blender; cover and process until blended. Repeat. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
