Ingredients
6 tbsp. butter or margarine
25 NILLA Wafers
2 tbsp. sugar
4 squares Baker’s® Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2 large bananas
1 package Jell-O® Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 c. cold milk
1 c. thawed Cool Whip® Whipped Topping
Preparation
Step 1Melt 4 tablespoons butter; pour into medium bowl. Stir in wafer crumbs and sugar. Reserve 2 tablespoons for later use; press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.Step 2Microwave chocolate and remaining butter in microwaveable bowl on high 1 minute or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended. Drizzle over bottom of crust; top with bananas.Step 3Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 minutes; pour over bananas. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip® and reserved crumb mixture just before serving.Each serving provides: 8%DV vitamin A, 6%DV vitamin C, 8% DV calcium, and 6%DV iron.
