Ingredients
3 c. old fashioned oats
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Sprinkles
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1/4 c. melted white chocolate
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Step 2In a medium bowl, stir together oats, melted butter, brown sugar, salt, egg white and vanilla. Fold in sprinkles, then transfer mixture to the baking sheet. For granola chunks, try to keep granola mixture close together on the pan.Step 3Bake for 40 minutes, until the oats are golden. Let cool for around 20 minutes. They will become crunchy as they cool. Step 4After cooling, break the up the oats and stir in the white chocolate chips. Drizzle with melted chocolate and let sit for 10 minutes more, until the white chocolate hardens. Transfer to a mason jars (or plastic bags) to enjoy throughout the week.
