Ingredients
3/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons mesquite seasoning4-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder4-1/2 teaspoons paprika1 tablespoon dried minced onion1 tablespoon seasoned salt1 tablespoon ground cinnamon1 tablespoon ground cumin1 tablespoon pepper1 teaspoon salt8 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving size pieces3-1/2 cups barbecue sauce
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Rub over ribs; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Place ribs bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour; drain. Brush some of the barbecue sauce over ribs. Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally with barbecue sauce.
