1 c. nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 c. self-rising flour

1 egg white, beaten

Toppings of choice, like everything bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, cinnamon-sugar

Preparation

Step 1Heat the oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and flour until it forms a dough. Step 2Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead the dough until it comes together and isn’t as sticky. Pat the dough until a circle, then cut it into four equal parts. Step 3Roll each 3/4-inch thick, then pinch the ends together. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and continue with the remaining dough.Step 4Brush each bagel with egg wash, then sprinkle with toppings. Step 5Bake for about 25 minutes, until cooked through.
