Ingredients
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels, plus more for garnish
10 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
2/3 c. peanut butter, microwaved until pourable, plus more for garnish
1/2 c. caramel, microwaved until pourable, plus more for garnish
1 c. chopped roasted peanuts, plus more for garnish
3 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1In a large bowl, combine pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into a 9” pie dish. Pour 1 c melted chocolate onto the bottom of the crust and smooth. Place in the refrigerator to harden.Step 2In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, caramel, and peanuts. Fold until ingredients are fully incorporated. Spread on top of chocolate layer and place pie back in the refrigerator.Step 3Make ganache layer: Place chocolate chips in a medium heat-proof bowl. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, heat cream until it starts to simmer. Pour over chocolate and let sit 5 minutes before whisking until smooth. Pour over peanut layer and smooth with a spatula. Top with crushed pretzels, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of caramel. Step 4Let set in the refrigerator, at least 1 hour. Serve.
