Rinse two chilled rocks glasses with absinthe, discarding excess.Fill two serving glasses with ice, bitters. Stir until combined and top with Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry. Rub the rim of each glass with lemon peel and squeeze over each cocktail to extract the oils. Garnish with peel and frozen cranberries.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice, whiskey and fresh lemon juice. Vigorously shake until chilled, about 10 seconds. Place 1 large, square ice cube into each serving glass. Pour whiskey mixture over ice and top each with Sprite Winter Cranberry. Using a match or lighter, warm the rosemary sprigs until fragrant. Add to glasses and garnish with lemon slices.
In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice, and egg whites. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Remove the top of the shaker, add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.Using a strainer, pour into two serving glasses. Top each with Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry. Thread metal skewer with cranberries and orange wedge and garnish.
