Ingredients
Cooking spray, for pan
4 tbsp. butter
1 (10-oz.) package marshmallows
6 c. Rice Krispies cereal
Yellow food coloring
White gel icing
Black gel icing
Blue mini M&Ms
Yellow mini M&Ms
Red licorice, cut into small pieces
Preparation
Step 1Line a 9-x-13” pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. In a large pot over low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until melted, then remove pot from heat. Step 2Stir in yellow food coloring until mixture is very yellow, then stir in Rice Krispies until fully coated. Immediately press cereal mixture into pan. Let cool completely. Step 3Remove krispy treats from pan, then cut into 9 rectangles. Insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of each. Step 4Using white gel icing, pipe large circles to make eyes, then place blue mini M&Ms on top. Step 5Using black gel icing, pipe eyelashes above eyes, then pipe a smile. Step 6Using white gel icing, pipe two teeth under smile.Step 7Use a yellow mini M&M for the nose. Step 8Place red licorice towards the bottom to make a tie.
