Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. finely chopped artichoke hearts

1/2 c. finely chopped spinach

1/2 c. shredded mozzarella

1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus 2 tsp.

2 garlic cloves, minced

red pepper flakes

kosher salt

freshly grated pepper

1 tube refrigerated pizza crust

2 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, 1/2 c Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Step 2On prepared baking sheet, press the pizza crust into a rectangle about 15-x-10", then spread cheese mixture onto dough, leaving a 1/4" border around the edges. Fold the dough in half to get at 10-x-8" rectangle. Press down to seal, then pinch the edges. Step 3Cut the dough into 6 equal strips, then twist each one. Adjust twists so there is at least 1" between each on the baking sheet. Step 4In a small heatproof bowl, melt butter in the microwave, then stir in the garlic powder and remaining 2 teaspoons Parmesan. Brush the twists with butter mixture. Step 5Bake until golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
