Ingredients

Cooking spray

1 (15.25-oz.) box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box

2 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ground allspice

1/4 tsp. ground cloves

2 c. marshmallow creme

2 tbsp. water

1 c. butter, softened

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

3/4 c. cocoa powder

Pinch kosher salt

1/4 c. brewed Cafe Bustelo® Espresso, room temperature

Dark chocolate shavings, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9"-x-13” baking pan with cooking spray. Prepare yellow cake mix according to package directions and whisk in spices. Pour into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 27 minutes. Let cool completely.Step 2Poke cake all over with bottom of a wooden spoon. In a small bowl, microwave marshmallow crème and water until melted, then stir until smooth. Pour mixture over cake, making sure to get into the poke holes.Step 3Make frosting: In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth. Beat in espresso. Spread frosting all over cake, top with shavings then slice, and serve.
