Ingredients
1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken in half
1 c. marinara
12 Slider buns
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
6 slices mozzarella
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 350º. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain.Step 2In a large bowl, toss together cooked spaghetti and marinara. Step 3In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, and Parmesan. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a 9"x13" baking dish. Top each with spaghetti mixture, then drape over mozzarella to cover. Place the top halves of the buns on top. Brush buns liberally with butter mixture.Step 4 Bake until cheese is melty and buns are toasted, 10 minutes. For easier serving, run a paring knife between each bun.
