1/4 lb. green beans
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp. sesame oil, divided
1 clove garlic, grated
4 wonton wrappers, cut into 1/4" strips
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 romaine heads, shredded
4 green onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 475°. Boil a large pot of salted water; add green beans and cook until tender crisp, 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water. Drain well, pat dry and chop into 1" pieces.Step 2Meanwhile, in a jar add soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and garlic. Screw on lid and shake well, then refrigerate until ready to serve.Step 3On a rimmed sheet pan, toss wonton strips with remaining teaspoon sesame oil. Spread wonton strips in an even layer across the sheet pan. Bake until golden brown, 4 minutes.Step 4In a large bowl, toss together chicken, romaine, green onions, green beans and dressing. Serve with wonton crisps.
