1 (11-oz.) bag soft caramels, unwrapped
2 c. sweetened coconut flakes
3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp. coconut oil
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar, then gradually mix in eggs and vanilla until batter is glossy. Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and salt, then slowly add to brownie batter, stirring just to combine. Pour brownie batter into prepared pan.Step 3Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with just a few crumbs, 28 to 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before starting caramel topping.Step 4Make topping: In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt caramels, then fold in coconut until coated. Pour topping over cooled brownies, spreading in an even layer.Step 5In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter and heat in microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Step 6Drizzle on top of brownies before serving.
