Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water

3 envelopes gelatin

1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 c. marshmallow fluff

1 1/2 c. vodka

1 box graham crackers

1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Preparation

Step 1In a small sauce pan, bring water up to a boil. Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow fluff until completely incorporated. Remove from heat and whisk in vodka.Step 2Spray a small sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour mixture into pan. Refrigerate until firm up, 4 to 5 hours. Step 3When mixture is firm, use a paring knife to cut Jell-O into squares the size of half a graham cracker. (Use a graham square as a guide.) Place each Jell-O square on a graham cracker, drizzle with chocolate, and top with another square of graham cracker. Serve.
