Ingredients
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 tbsp. McCormick® rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. honey, for drizzling
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 425° with racks in the upper and lower thirds. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, rosemary, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Step 2In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange in an even layer on two baking sheets.Step 3Bake until crisp and golden, tossing halfway through, about 24 minutes. Step 4Combine brussels onto one tray. Toss brussels with Parmesan mixture, then return to oven for 2 minutes to slightly melt Parmesan. Step 5Drizzle with honey before serving.
