Ingredients
16 oz. Oreo cookie halves (without cream)
8 oz. caramel
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tbsp. heavy cream
24 Rolo chocolates, unwrapped
Preparation
Step 1Use a food processor to crush cookies into fine crumbs. Remove about ¾ cup crushed cookies to a small bowl. Step 2Add caramel, butter, and salt to food processor and pulse until evenly combined. Add cream and pulse until a dough forms.Step 3Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Working with 1 tablespoon of cookie mixture at a time, place a Rolo in the middle and wrap mixture around to form small balls. Roll ball in reserved crushed cookies and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture and Rolos.Step 4Freeze until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes.
