Ingredients
20 RITZ Crackers
2/3 c. dulce de leche or jarred caramel sauce
1 1/2 c. bittersweet chocolate chips
coarse sea salt
50 RITZ Crackers
1 1/2 c. dulce de leche or jarred caramel sauce
2 c. bittersweet chocolate chips
coarse sea salt
100 RITZ Crackers
3 c. dulce de leche or jarred caramel sauce
4 c. bittersweet chocolate chips
coarse sea salt
Preparation
Step 1Sandwich about 1 tablespoon caramel sauce between 2 RITZ Crackers. Repeat to make 10, 25, or 50 sandwiches. Step 2Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes. Step 3In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate. Dunk the RITZ sandwiches halfway in melted chocolate and place back on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Put back into the freezer until chocolate is hardened.
