Ingredients

16 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
3 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. heavy cream
6 tbsp. butter
Pinch kosher salt
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. chopped mini Reese’s
Preparation
Step 1Line an 8” square pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Line bottom with Reese’s. Step 2In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, sugar, heavy cream, butter, salt, and vanilla. Cook, stirring often, until butter and marshmallows are melted, then bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Step 3 Place chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and pour marshmallow mixture over and stir until the chocolate has melted, then pour hot fudge into prepared pan over Reese’s. Scatter chopped Reese’s on top and refrigerate until set, 3 hours. Slice into squares and serve.
