Ingredients

1 small baguette or bread of your choice

10 slices cheddar, halved

10 slices mozzarella, halved

1 tbsp. chopped parsley

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

4 tbsp. butter, melted

1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan

Ranch, for serving

marinara, for serving

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°.Step 2Using a bread knife, slice your bread diagonally, being careful not to cut through the bottom crust. Space your cuts about 1" to 2" apart.Step 3Alternate sliding pieces of cheddar and mozzarella in between the cuts until all of your cheese has been used.Step 4Stir parsley and garlic powder into a small bowl with the melted butter. Using a brush, cover the top of the loaf with the butter mixture.Step 5Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust turns golden.Step 6Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with ranch, heated marinara, or the dip of your choice!
