Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. cream cheese, softened

5 tbsp. mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. kosher salt

Pinch cayenne, optional

2 oz. pimento peppers, drained and chopped

1/2 c. white cheddar, grated

1/2 c. yellow cheddar, grated

20 RITZ Crackers

4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped into thirds

3 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/3 c. mayonnaise

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Pinch cayenne, optional

4 oz. pimento peppers, drained and chopped

1 c. white cheddar, grated

1 c. yellow cheddar, grated

50 RITZ Crackers

9 slices bacon, cooked and chopped into thirds

6 oz. cream cheese, softened

2/3 c. mayonnaise

2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Pinch cayenne, optional

8 oz. pimento peppers, drained and chopped

2 c. white cheddar, grated

2 c. yellow cheddar, grated

100 RITZ Crackers

17 slices bacon, cooked and chopped into thirds

Preparation

Step 1In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise until combined. Add in garlic powder, salt, cayenne if using, pimentos, white cheddar, and yellow cheddar. Mix until incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve. Step 2Sandwich 1 heaping teaspoon of pimento cheese and 1 piece of bacon in between 2 RITZ Crackers. Repeat to make 10, 25, or 50 sandwiches. Serve with Coca-Cola® and Coors Light.
