Ingredients

1/4 c. marinara

1 tsp. dried oregano

All-purpose flour, for rolling

1 Large ball pizza dough

8 oz. low-moisture mozzarella, sliced

8 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni

Preparation

Step 1Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place in oven. Preheat oven to 500°.Step 2Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine marinara and oregano. Set aside.Step 3Lightly flour work surface. Stretch and roll pizza dough into a rectangle, dusting dough with flour if needed. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over dough, leaving a 1" border along one long side. In an even layer, repeat with an even layer of mozzarella. Tightly roll along the long edge into a jelly roll shape, then remove excess flour with a dry pastry brush. Transfer to sheet pan seam-side down.Step 4Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into 1/2" slices. Serve immediately.
