Ingredients
Cooking spray
1 (9.5-oz.) bag Fritos
1 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
5 tbsp. hot heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1Grease a 9"-by-13" baking dish with cooking spray. Pour Fritos into prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.Step 2In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add peanut butter, corn syrup, and vanilla and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.Step 3Evenly pour peanut butter mixture over the Fritos in the baking dish. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.Step 4In a medium microwave safe bowl, heat cream just until simmering, about 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips and immediately cover with a plate; let sit 3 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Drizzle chocolate over top of Fritos, then refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes more. Step 5Slice into bars and serve cold.
