Ingredients
1 c. heavy cream
2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Pinch kosher salt
4 Oreo Klondike Bars
10 crushed Oreo’s
1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 c. white chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
Step 1Line an 8"-x-8" pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl using a hand mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer), beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, 5 minutes. Step 2In another large bowl beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.Step 3Unwrap Klondike bars and place in prepared pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over Klondike bars and smooth top with a spatula. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and freeze until firm, 4 hours or up to overnight.Step 4When firm, drizzle with melted chocolate, slice into bars, and serve immediately.
