Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken wings

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce

1/4 c. honey

2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp. sriracha

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger

Green onions, for garnish

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 425° and place a metal rack on top of a large baking sheet. Step 2In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Place wings on wire rack and cook until crispy and golden, 48 to 50 minutes. Step 3Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer until the flavors meld and the sauce reduces slightly, about 10 minutes. Step 4Transfer baked wings to a large bowl and toss with glaze. Return to rack and broil until caramelized, 2 to 3 minutes more. Step 5Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
