Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise

3 tbsp. ketchup

3 tbsp. Relish

1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

20 RITZ Crackers

1/4 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced

1/4 c. sauerkraut

1 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds

3 slices Swiss cheese, quartered

1/2 c. mayonnaise

50 RITZ Crackers

1/2 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced

3 1/8 tsp. caraway seeds

7 slices thinly sliced Swiss cheese, quartered

1 c. mayonnaise

6 tbsp. ketchup

6 tbsp. Relish

2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

100 RITZ Crackers

1 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced

1 c. sauerkraut

6 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds

13 slices thinly sliced Swiss cheese, quartered

Preparation

Step 1Preheat broiler to low. In a small bowl, make dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside. Step 2Assemble sandwiches: Spread 10, 25, or 50 RITZ Crackers on a baking sheet. To each, add about 1 teaspoon Russian dressing, 1 slice rolled corned beef, a teaspoon of sauerkraut, 1/8 tsp. of caraway seeds, and 1 quarter slice Swiss. Step 3Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly (about 3 minutes), then top with another RITZ Cracker. (Use caution: baking sheet will be hot.) Serve immediately with Coca-Cola® and Coors Light.
