1 c. ketchup

1/2 c. Coca-Cola®

2 lb. ground beef (or any ground meat)

2 Eggs, beaten

1 c. panko or any breadcrumbs

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 c. chopped parsley

1/4 c. minced garlic

1 finely chopped onion

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. kosher salt

Step 1Make the ketchup glaze: Whisk together the ketchup and

Coca-Cola®, and set aside.Step 2Make the meatloaf sliders: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a heavy sheet pan by using a foil-lined rack. Slice holes in foil for fat to drain. Alternatively, use a parchment lined sheet pan. Step 3In a large bowl, gently mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Make slider size patties about 2 ½ to 3 inches each (about 15 sliders). Place the sliders on prepared pan and spoon ketchup evenly over each slider. Step 4Bake in preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve on slider buns.
