Ingredients

Cooking spray

12 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 c. granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 tbsp. sour cream

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

12 graham crackers, finely crushed

7 tbsp. melted butter

2 tbsp. packed brown sugar

Pinch kosher salt

Sliced strawberries, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1 Preheat oven to 325° and spray 12 mason jar lids with cooking spray.Step 2Make the crust: Stir together graham crackers, butter, brown sugar and salt. Press into lids and bake for 8 minutes. Step 3Meanwhile, in a large bowl using a hand mixer, blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until combined. Step 4Divide cheesecake mixture amongst the crusts and bake for 10 minutes.Step 5Let cool for 1 hour, then top with strawberries and serve.
