Ingredients
1 (16.5-oz.) log refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Assorted sanding sugar
1 bag marshmallows
1 (16-oz.) can vanilla frosting
Green food coloring
Pastel M&M’s
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 350° and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Slice cookie dough into 1/4” rounds. Step 2Place cookies about 1” apart on prepared baking sheets and bake according to package instructions. Let cool completely.Step 3Pour each color of sanding sugar into a separate shallow bowl. Using scissors, cut marshmallows in half diagonally. Dip cut marshmallow ends in sanding sugar.Step 4Add a few small drops of food coloring to frosting and stir until frosting is green. Spread green frosting over the top of each cookie, then place an M&M in the center. Step 5For each cookie, arrange 5 marshmallows halves, sprinkle side-up, around the M&M to look like flower petals.
