Ingredients
1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
Zest of one large lemon, plus juice from ½ zested lemon and slices for garnish

Preparation
Step 1Place ingredients, in order, into a high-speed blender. Step 2Blend to a smooth and slushy consistency. Make sure to scrape down the sides and stir if not blending easily. Step 3Serve in glasses with lemon slices or strawberries for garnish.
