Lemon pepper chicken is one of our most popular recipes ever, and it’s easy to understand why. Even with only a few ingredients, it has SO. MUCH. FLAVOR. The same can be said for these wings. Prep time is 10 minutes…or less! THE SEASONING Instead of lemon pepper seasoning, the chicken gets tossed with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper—a lot of it! You don’t need to marinate the wings beforehand. The flavor will be just the right amount of punchy if you bake them after being tossed. HOW TO BAKE THEM Because these don’t have any sort of flour dredge or batter, you don’t want to fry these. We much prefer to bake them. Fifty minutes may seem like a long time, but it’s necessary for a super-crispy skin. If your wings aren’t very meaty, however, feel free to start checking on them sooner.  THE DIPPING SAUCE We’re huge fans of ranch, but Caesar dressing would be totally delicious, too.  For more game-day inspiration, check out our 30+ Easy Chicken Wing Recipes.
