Step 1Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. In a large bowl, toss together pineapple, lime juice, and brown sugar.Step 2Place on grill and cook, turning occasionally, until you can easily insert a paring knife into the center of a piece, 10 to 15 minutes.
