Ingredients

1 baguette

4 tbsp. butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 c. shredded fontina cheese

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Step 2Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread softened butter and sprinkle with garlic on both sides.Step 3To the bottom half only, add the cheeses, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the parsley and red pepper flakes. Replace the top of the baguette to cover the cheesy bottom half. Wrap the entire baguette with foil. Step 4Placed foil-covered baguette on grill and cook until the cheese melts and the crust becomes toasty, about 10 minutes. Char is good, but check often so that the bread doesn’t totally burn.Step 5When the cheese is melted, remove from grill and slice crosswise to serve.
