Cooking spray

12 slices Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Thick Sliced Multigrain bread

4 tbsp. melted butter

2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning, plus more for garnish

6 slices cooked bacon, halved crosswise 

1 c. shredded cheddar

12 large eggs

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 tbsp. finely chopped chives 

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Using a rolling pin, flatten each piece of bread into a very flat square, then cut each piece in half diagonally to create two triangles.Step 2Place two triangles into each cup, pressing down to make sure the entire bottom of each cup is covered. Brush bread with melted butter. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake until the bread is lightly toasted, about 8 minutes.Step 3Line the bottom of each cup with a piece of bacon and sprinkle each with some cheddar. Then crack an egg into each cup. Sprinkle with more everything bagel seasoning and season with salt and pepper.Step 4Bake until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking, about 15 to 18 minutes. Step 5Top with chives and serve warm.
