Ingredients
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
5 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp. white sesame seeds
2 tsp. black sesame seeds
2 tsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. dried minced garlic
2 tsp. dried minced onion
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. whole milk
2 sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1Make the crackers: Preheat the oven to 325°. Step 2In a large bowl, combine the butter, both sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced garlic, and minced onion. Add the Ritz and toss to evenly coat. Step 3Arrange the Ritz in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, flipping each cracker halfway through until golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Step 4Make the dip: In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in the green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with more green onions and serve with crackers for dipping.
