Ingredients

Cooking spray, for pan

1 box white cake mix

1 c. sour cream

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted

1/4 c. whole milk

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1/2 c. strawberries, chopped

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

3 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1Make cake: Preheat oven to 325°F and generously coat Bundt pan with cooking spray.Step 2In a large bowl, add cake mix, sour cream, milk, butter, vanilla, and eggs, and whisk to combine. Pour batter into the Bundt pan and smooth top with a spatula.Step 3Bake cake until golden, 43 to 45 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes in pan, then use a butter knife to run along the inside of the pan to release the cake from the pan. Then have a grown-up help you carefully invert the cake onto a cooling rack. Step 4Make frosting: Add strawberries to a blender and puree until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk together pureed strawberries, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.Step 5Pour frosting over cake and top with sprinkles.
