Ingredients
3 c. all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp. milk

Preparation
Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.Step 2In another large bowl, using a hand mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer), beat butter and sugar until fluffy and pale in color. Add egg, milk, and vanilla and beat until combined, then add flour mixture gradually until totally combined. Step 3Roll tablespoon sized pieces of dough into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet then stamp a foot into each ball of cookie dough using the toy dinosaur. Refrigerate 1 hour. Step 4When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°. Step 5Bake until golden, 15-17 minutes.
