Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 c. shredded Cheddar

1 c. shredded mozzarella

1/2 c. chopped dill pickles

1 tbsp. finely chopped dill

1 tbsp. pickle juice

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. paprika

kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped

1/2 c. shredded Cheddar

2 tbsp. finely chopped dill

Preparation

Step 1In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, dill, pickle juice, garlic powder and paprika until combined, then season with salt and pepper. Form mixture into one large ball.Step 2Make coating: In a shallow bowl or plate, mix together bacon, cheddar and dill.Step 3Roll cheeseball in the mixture until fully coated and serve.
