Can I customize this? This casserole is perfectly customizable depending on your tastes/who you’re serving. Not a bacon fan? Try adding sausage or ham instead! If Cheddar isn’t your thing, swap it out for whatever cheese your heart desires—Gruyère would be a great choice. If you like more veggies with your breakfast, feel free to add some sautéed vegetables (onions, mushrooms) to your bake to take things up a notch. Can I make this ahead? Absolutely! Simply prepare the entire casserole, cover with plastic wrap, then store in the refrigerator overnight. When you’re ready to serve in the morning, simply bake and serve! Brunch for a crowd has never been easier. How do I store it? If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for around 3 days. Made this breakfast bake?
