Ingredients
1 bag microwave popcorn
2 c. white chocolate chips
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Blue food coloring
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chip cookies, plus crushed cookies for garnish
1 1/2 mini Oreos, plus crushed cookies for garnish
Candy eyeballs for garnish
Preparation
Step 1Pop the popcorn according to package directions. Place popcorn in a large bowl, being careful to remove any unpopped kernels.Step 2Combine white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a small microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Stir in blue food coloring.Step 3Add about half the blue chocolate mixture to popcorn. Stir, adding more chocolate, until popcorn is evenly coated.Step 4Stir in chocolate chip cookies and Oreos. Spread onto a baking sheet in an even layer and top with candy eyeballs and crushed cookies.Step 5Refrigerate 20 to 25 minutes before serving.
