Ingredients

1 1/2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened

4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, softened

1/2 c. powdered sugar

1/4 c. packed brown sugar

1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 c. mini chocolate chips

3/4 c. assorted rainbow and silver sprinkles

Nilla wafers and pretzels, for serving

Preparation

Step 1In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla, then fold in chocolate chips. Step 2Place two overlapping sheets of plastic wrap on a work surface and scrape cookie dough mixture on top. Using your hands, form mixture into a ball. Place in a small bowl, then cover tightly with plastic and refrigerate until firm, 3 hours. (Once it’s semi-firm, after 2 hours, you’ll be able to better shape it into a ball.) Step 3In a small bowl, mix together rainbow and silver sprinkles. Step 4When ready to serve, transfer ball to a serving platter and cover

entirely with sprinkles. (If your ball is firm enough to roll, try that.) Step 5Serve with Nilla wafers and pretzels.
