Ingredients

1/2 c. each: raw unsalted walnuts, pecans, cashews and almonds

1 c. unsalted roasted peanuts

1/2 c. Coca-Cola®

1 1/2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce

1 1/2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. butter

3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. Black pepper

1/2 tsp. cumin

1/2 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together nuts in a bowl and set aside. Step 2In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together all other ingredients. Once butter is melted and liquid is slightly reduced, about 3 minutes, pour over nuts and stir until well coated. Step 3Lightly spray parchment-covered sheet tray with cooking spray and spread out nuts evenly. Bake until caramelized, toasted, and crunchy. Stir nuts once during cooking and keep a close eye on them so that they don’t burn, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove immediately to a bowl so they don’t harden on the sheet pan.
