Ingredients
Cooking spray
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
8 Oreos, crushed
1/2 c. Christmas M&M’s
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9”-x-9” pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. Step 2In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat until just combined. Fold in Oreos, M&M’S, and chocolate chips. Step 3Press batter into prepared pan and bake until golden and still slightly soft in the middle, 25 to 30 minutes. Step 4Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
