Ingredients

2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

2 c. white chocolate chips

2 tbsp. coconut oil, divided

1 (16-oz.) bag mini pretzel twists

Rainbow sprinkles, for decorating (optional)

Preparation

Step 1In a medium bowl, microwave semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Step 2In a separate bowl, microwave remaining 1 tablespoon coconut oil with white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir to combine completely.Step 3Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Use a fork to dip pretzels in melted chocolates. Decorate as desired. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.

Full disclaimer: This yields A LOT. Feel free to halve the recipe, but understand that they’ll disappear quickly at a party. And, if you’re not a fan of white chocolate, just double up on the semisweet. Or vice-versa.
