Ingredients

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Kosher salt

2 Freshly ground black pepper

1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Preparation

Step 1Cook Stouffer’s Macaroni & Cheese according to packaging instructions. Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add bell peppers and chicken and, using tongs, toss until coated.Step 3Thread chicken and bell peppers onto skewers.Step 4Heat a large grill pan over medium heat. Add skewers to grill pan and cook until chicken is cooked through and peppers are tender, 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan. Step 5Plate skewers and serve with Stouffer’s Macaroni & Cheese.
