Ingredients

2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. flour

1 c. milk

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. lemon zest

kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 1/2 c. cooked shredded chicken

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

3/4 c. shredded mozzarella

1/3 c. grated Parmesan

1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

baguette, sliced and toasted (for serving)

Preparation

Step 1Preheat oven to 350º. Step 2In a medium ovenproof skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook until golden, about 1 minute. Stir in milk and garlic and cook, whisking constantly, until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.Step 3Remove pan from heat. Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon and chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Step 4Garnish with parsley. Serve with baguette slices for dipping.
