1 c. Cheddar, grated

1 small tomato, diced

2 green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1Preheat broiler to low. In a small bowl, combine chicken, ranch, lime juice, and a few dashes hot sauce. Set aside. Step 2For 10: To a large baking sheet, add WHEAT THINS Original Snacks. Top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheddar. Broil until cheese is melted. (Caution: baking sheet will be hot.) For 25: To 2 large baking sheets, add WHEAT THINS Original Snacks. Top each with 1 cup chicken mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar. Broil until cheese is melted. (Caution: baking sheets will be hot.) For 50: To 4 large baking sheets, add WHEAT THINS Original Snacks. Top each with 1 cup chicken mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar. Broil until cheese is melted. (Caution: baking sheets will be hot.)Step 3Garnish with tomato and green onions. Serve immediately with Coca-Cola® and Coors Light.
